About this role
CesiumAstro seeks an FPGA Engineer II to design and verify advanced FPGA circuits for satellite and aerospace communication systems. You'll work across the full development lifecycle, implementing high-speed digital designs and validation in a dynamic startup environment.
What you'll do
- Design and implement FPGA circuits using HDL across multiple development phases
- Develop high-speed serial interfaces, digital processing cores, and multi-clock domain logic
- Create and execute comprehensive testing, validation, and verification protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on satellite and spacecraft communication systems
- Deploy FPGA designs and troubleshoot hardware-level issues
- Document technical specifications and design implementations
