About this role
Tenstorrent seeks a senior operator and hybrid Chief of Staff/TPM for their RISC-V software organization. You'll drive cross-functional execution, manage dependencies and risks, scale the team, and serve as a visible leader who helps the organization stay aligned and focused on high-impact work.
What you'll do
- Define, track, and execute team milestones alongside RISC-V software workstream leaders
- Build dependency tracking systems and proactive risk mitigation to prevent bottlenecks
- Drive cross-functional initiatives spanning software delivery and engineering infrastructure
- Support headcount planning, recruiting coordination, and hiring discipline
- Filter inbound requests and prepare presentations for leadership and external stakeholders
- Identify and solve operational blockers independently
