Enterprise Information Systems Engineer

About this role

Charm seeks an Enterprise Information Systems Engineer to design and maintain the technical infrastructure connecting core operating systems like Manufacturo, NetSuite, and Mangrove. You'll own system integrations, automation, and cross-system data reliability for a carbon removal company scaling its operations across three locations.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain integrations between core operating systems (Manufacturo, NetSuite, Mangrove)
• Build and support automation scripts that connect business processes across departments
• Perform system administration tasks and troubleshoot cross-system failures
• Resolve data anomalies and ensure reliable data flow between systems
• Support federated teams (Engineering, Operations, MRV, Finance) with technical infrastructure needs
• Implement and document system integration architecture and best practices
