About this role

Clay seeks a GTM Engineer to build automations and AI systems that strengthen our partner ecosystem and community. You'll serve as an embedded technical partner for Solutions, Partnerships, and Education teams, designing end-to-end workflows while dogfooding Clay's platform to evangelize its capabilities.

What you'll do

  • Build and own partner ecosystem workflow automations including identification, co-selling, registration, and account intelligence
  • Partner with GTM leaders and frontline teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
  • Own projects end-to-end from discovery through prototyping, rollout, adoption, and iteration
  • Design systems that improve speed, visibility, data quality, and execution across the revenue funnel using AI and better systems design
  • Connect systems through APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation layers to move information cleanly across the stack
  • Measure performance, adoption, and business impact of built solutions and iterate based on feedback
