GTM Engineer (CLEAR1 - B2B)
About this role
CLEAR seeks a GTM Engineer to design and scale the systems, automations, and data infrastructure powering the B2B go-to-market organization. You'll optimize revenue workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success by building integrations, deploying AI solutions, and eliminating operational friction across the GTM tech stack.
What you'll do
- Build and optimize GTM workflows using automation, AI, and systems integrations to improve pipeline generation, routing, qualification, and revenue expansion
- Own the revenue systems architecture across Salesforce and integrated tools, creating workflows, integrations, reports, and dashboards
- Prototype and deploy AI-enabled solutions that automate manual tasks, improve data quality, and enhance team efficiency
- Design and maintain data flows connecting Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Partner with GTM leaders to identify bottlenecks, translate business problems into technical solutions, and rapidly test and scale improvements
- Use data to diagnose funnel performance and measure the impact of systems and automations on business outcomes
