About this role
A seed-stage startup building an AI-powered results-as-a-service platform for e-commerce brands seeks an Agent Engineer to design and build AI agents and the full-stack web platform they operate within. You'll own architecture decisions, ship features end-to-end, and work directly with customers in a fast-moving startup environment.
What you'll do
- Design and establish technical architecture and standards for the AI agent platform
- Build and iterate on AI agents that power core product capabilities
- Ship full-stack features balancing delivery speed with maintainability
- Collaborate with customers to understand needs and translate them into product experiences
- Help the product scale as adoption grows
- Make and execute on key architectural decisions
