About this role
A Y Combinator-backed fintech startup is seeking a Data Engineer to design and build scalable data pipelines processing millions of call events for an AI-powered voice platform serving debt collections and financial services. You'll work with the founding team to create dashboards, APIs, and analytics infrastructure that deliver actionable insights to financial institutions.
What you'll do
- Design and build end-to-end data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and analytics at scale
- Architect infrastructure to process and analyze millions of call events
- Create dashboards, APIs, and React-based interfaces for operational insights
- Collaborate with founding team and customers to translate data into business decisions
- Optimize database performance and data pipeline efficiency
