  • Codify and enforce WCAG accessibility rules and contrast standards across product flows
  • Implement frontend tooling including Biome configuration, Playwright E2E tests, and performance optimizations
  • Audit and execute high-impact cleanups of tokens, conventions, and components in first 60 days
  • Integrate AI coding tools into workflows and write custom rules to guide component generation
