About this role

Founding Developer Relations Engineer for an open-source MLOps and AI infrastructure company, responsible for building the San Francisco community presence from scratch. You'll blend technical evangelism, event leadership, and growth-oriented GTM to convert community engagement into pipeline and measurable business outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Launch and scale a recurring SF meetup into a must-attend event for the ML infrastructure community
  • Represent the company at AI infrastructure meetups, hackathons, and conferences across the Bay Area with technical credibility
  • Build and nurture relationships across the SF AI/ML community to create lasting partnerships
  • Create and distribute technical content including talks, blog posts, demos, and videos informed by community feedback
  • Live-demo the Python framework to engineering audiences, answer technical questions, and engage without relying on slides
  • Instrument community and product signals into automated workflows to convert conversations into traceable leads
