About this role

Join a Y Combinator-backed AI startup as a Forward Deployed Engineer, bridging product and customer needs by translating complex M&A business problems into scalable agentic software solutions. You'll own end-to-end customer deployments, build autonomous systems, and work directly with C-suite stakeholders in a high-autonomy, fast-moving environment.

What you'll do

  • Own customer deployments end-to-end, from scoping and business logic translation through data ingestion and optimization
  • Build and extend the agentic AI platform in collaboration with the software engineering team
  • Translate messy, real-world business problems into autonomous software solutions
  • Join sales calls and identify expansion opportunities to support go-to-market efforts
  • Design and maintain data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data integration systems
  • Work independently on analytical problems requiring technical depth and business acumen
