About this role
A YC-backed AI startup is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers on end-to-end deployments of agentic software for M&A and acquisitions. You'll bridge product and go-to-market, translating complex business problems into scalable solutions while collaborating closely with engineering and supporting sales efforts.
What you'll do
- Own full-cycle customer deployments including scoping, business logic translation, data ingestion, and pipeline optimization
- Build and extend an agentic AI platform in collaboration with core engineering
- Convert complex business requirements into autonomous software solutions
- Support go-to-market by joining sales calls and identifying expansion opportunities
- Execute analytical work requiring both technical depth and business judgment with high autonomy
