Join this early-stage B2B SaaS startup as the first engineering hire, owning end-to-end features across a production platform automating industrial operations workflows. You'll drive development across the full stack—from customer discovery through AI agents, integrations, and cloud infrastructure—while shaping the engineering culture from day one.

What you'll do

  • Own features completely from customer conversations through design, implementation, and deployment
  • Build customer-facing features, AI agents, and third-party integrations on the production platform
  • Develop and improve evaluation frameworks, tests, and tooling to accelerate customer implementations
  • Conduct customer discovery calls to identify problems and translate them into technical solutions
  • Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform with strong observability and automation
  • Establish engineering practices and codebase patterns for the growing team
