About this role

Join an early-stage startup as a Founding Engineer to build an AI-native internal tooling platform from the ground up. You'll own full-stack features end-to-end using Next.js and PostgreSQL, design the core AI copilot engine, and directly shape the engineering culture as the company scales.

What you'll do

  • Ship full-stack features end-to-end across Next.js and PostgreSQL stack
  • Design and build AI copilot and workflow-automation engine at product core
  • Establish foundational engineering infrastructure including CI/CD, observability, and testing standards
  • Collaborate directly with founders and early customers to translate feedback into shipped features
  • Mentor and hire additional engineers as the team grows
