About this role

Join a YC-backed enterprise AI startup as a founding engineer to design and deploy agentic systems that help businesses automate complex workflows at scale. You'll own product areas end-to-end with CTO-level autonomy, working across AI architecture, Go backend, and TypeScript frontend while directly shaping the company's direction.

What you'll do

  • Own large product areas end-to-end from user research and scoping through production deployment
  • Design and improve agentic systems focusing on accuracy, reliability, and multi-agent architectures
  • Conduct user research, understand pain points, and scope features that solve real problems
  • Ship full-stack across Go backend and Vite/TypeScript frontend when needed
  • Champion AI-first development practices including coding agents and automation
  • Maintain high code quality standards through rapid reviews and codebase governance
