About this role

Join a founding engineering team building multi-modal AI agents for sports and youth activities. You'll own one of four core product domains end-to-end, working directly with customers to ship features across voice, SMS, and email without a dedicated PM layer.

What you'll do

  • Own a complete product domain from architecture through production deployment and daily operations
  • Participate in customer calls, gather feedback, and make independent product decisions
  • Build and optimize multi-modal agents with sub-500ms voice latency and persistent conversation state across channels
  • Establish quality standards for non-deterministic systems including evals, prompt versioning, and drift detection
  • Work full-stack across React/Next.js frontends, Node.js backends, and Python voice services
  • Drive architecture decisions and production standards for agent-based systems

  • TypeScript and full-stack JavaScript (Node.js, React, Next.js)
  • LLM APIs and agent frameworks (Anthropic, OpenAI, LangGraph, Mastra)
  • Python development for voice pipelines and evaluation tools
  • Real-time voice/SMS infrastructure (LiveKit, Deepgram, STT/TTS)
  • Agent state management and long-running conversation persistence
  • Production monitoring and infrastructure (Redis, BullMQ, Sentry, PostHog)
  • B2B2C and marketplace product architecture
  • Customer discovery and independent product decision-making
