About this role
Join an early-stage Munich-based AI automation startup as a founding engineer, building enterprise-grade tooling that learns from video and screen-based workflows to automate high-volume tasks. You'll own product and technical direction end-to-end, designing data pipelines, integrating LLMs/VLMs, and working directly with enterprise customers on scalable automation solutions.
What you'll do
- Build full-stack product features and core infrastructure for enterprise automation workflows using Python and FastAPI
- Design and implement data pipelines to ingest, process, and structure large volumes of video and unstructured data into queryable formats
- Integrate LLM and Vision-Language Model pipelines into production automation workflows
- Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to map processes and identify automation opportunities
- Drive land-and-expand go-to-market strategy by enabling repeatable, scalable integrations
- Shape product direction and technical decisions as a founding team member with high ownership
