Join an early-stage consumer AI startup as a founding engineer to build the technical foundation of a real-time platform digitizing human connection. You'll work directly with the founder across the full stack, integrating cutting-edge video and audio AI models while establishing engineering culture and quality standards from day one.

What you'll do

  • Build full-stack features alongside founder, designers, and engineers in a small, fast-moving team
  • Design and implement memory, retrieval, proactivity, and AI responsiveness systems
  • Integrate and extend real-time video generation and audio synthesis models
  • Set engineering quality standards and actively participate in recruiting talent
  • Dogfood the product and shape product direction based on user experience insights

  • Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, systems, architecture)
