Join a founding engineering team building an AI infrastructure platform that powers coding assistants and agent orchestration systems. You'll design and scale high-performance backend services using Go and Kubernetes, working directly with founders to shape the technical direction of this early-stage company.

What you'll do

  • Design and maintain high-performance backend services for an AI gateway platform serving production workloads
  • Own microservices architecture on Kubernetes with Go-based core gateway and Python auxiliary services
  • Make architectural decisions balancing scalability, reliability, and cost with delivery speed
  • Work with SQL databases and distributed caches, selecting appropriate tools for each problem
  • Collaborate with founders on product strategy and engineering culture
  • Help grow the engineering team and establish technical standards as the company scales
