About this role

Join an early-stage AI startup as a founding engineer, building go-to-market workflow tools alongside founders in NYC. You'll own major product areas end-to-end, shipping production-ready features powered by AI while working in a fast-paced, fully on-site environment.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with founders to define product requirements and iterate on customer feedback
  • Build core backend infrastructure, APIs, and interfaces for human users and AI agents
  • Ship production-ready AI features for customer go-to-market workflows
  • Participate in customer calls to understand needs and translate feedback into product improvements
  • Leverage AI coding agents and LLM tools to accelerate development velocity
  • Establish AI-native engineering workflows and processes for team velocity
