About this role
Zeeco seeks a Service Engineer for its Power Division to oversee burner and combustion equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting at client sites across the country. The role involves 60% travel to supervise installations, manage technical teams, and ensure systems operate correctly, with opportunities to support engineering work at the Tulsa headquarters when based locally.
What you'll do
- Supervise and validate burner and related equipment installation at customer sites
- Perform pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and tuning of combustion products
- Troubleshoot field issues with minimal supervision and provide technical solutions
- Manage contractors and personnel on site while coordinating with plant managers and Zeeco teams
- Create detailed technical reports documenting installations and system performance
- Read and interpret mechanical, electrical drawings, P&IDs, and instrumentation schematics
