Join an a16z-backed AI GTM automation startup as a founding engineer in New York, where you'll own major product areas end-to-end, building core infrastructure and AI-powered features while collaborating directly with the founding team to drive customer impact.

What you'll do

  • Design and build core product APIs, backend systems, and interfaces for human users and AI agents
  • Ship production-ready AI features that power customer go-to-market workflows
  • Collaborate with founders daily to define requirements, iterate on feedback, and guide product direction
  • Participate in customer calls to demo solutions, surface needs, and translate feedback into product improvements
  • Establish AI-native engineering workflows and processes to scale team output
  • Leverage AI coding agents and modern development tools to accelerate development velocity
