About this role

Join a YC-backed enterprise AI startup as a founding engineer to build an agentic operating system that deploys AI agents at scale. You'll own features end-to-end from concept to production, work directly with users, and shape both product and company direction with CTO-level autonomy.

What you'll do

  • Own large product features end-to-end from user insight through production deployment
  • Design and build agentic systems including agent architectures, context engineering, and tool use
  • Ensure production readiness of AI systems through monitoring, observability, and performance tuning
  • Conduct user interviews to understand pain points and scope impactful features
  • Ship full-stack solutions using Go backends and Vite/TypeScript frontends
  • Champion AI-first development practices and code reviews while maintaining quality standards
