What you'll do

  • Build and own recommendation systems and ranking algorithms for candidate-to-role matching
  • Develop LLM-powered matching pipelines to improve alignment and iterate based on performance
  • Translate product goals into production-ready features through cross-functional collaboration
  • Deliver end-to-end features with full ownership on a daily shipping cadence
  • Architect and maintain production-grade data pipelines and backend services
  • Work on-site in San Francisco in an intensive, collaborative startup environment
