About this role

Join a three-person founding team building AI-powered capital markets intelligence infrastructure. As Founding Engineer, you'll own full-stack development—from frontend and data pipelines to agent orchestration—shipping production systems that make AI agents reliable and dependable at scale.

What you'll do

  • Develop across the full stack: frontend features, data pipelines, and AI agent infrastructure for a real-time intelligence platform
  • Build customer-facing systems that update users in real-time as market information changes
  • Create internal tooling and data pipelines enabling analysts to add sources and maintain coverage efficiently
  • Improve AI agent reliability, observability, and tooling for production agentic workflows
  • Own projects end-to-end from data inspection and instrumentation through deployment and production support
  • Build parsing, extraction, and data reconciliation systems from unstructured and semi-structured sources
