About this role
Join an a16z-backed AI startup as a founding engineer building go-to-market automation tools for sales and marketing teams. You'll own major product areas end-to-end, working directly with founders to ship AI-powered features that drive customer outcomes.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with founders to define product requirements and iterate on customer feedback
- Build and maintain core backend infrastructure, APIs, and production-ready AI features
- Own features from development through production deployment with full autonomy
- Participate in customer calls to understand needs and translate feedback into product improvements
- Leverage AI coding agents and modern developer tools to accelerate development
- Establish AI-native engineering workflows and processes that scale team output
