About this role
SharkNinja seeks an Associate Product Developer for corded/cordless products to support the Shark business from concept through mass production. You'll serve as the consumer advocate, managing product specifications, competitive analysis, and cross-functional partnerships while based onsite in Needham, MA.
What you'll do
- Lead new product development from brainstorm through mass production for assigned corded/cordless categories
- Define and iterate product specifications balancing consumer needs, market opportunities, and technology
- Own assigned category sales performance and identify gaps for new product opportunities
- Conduct competitive product analyses and maintain positioning against market competitors
- Serve as voice of legacy products, sharing consumer insights with new product development teams
- Partner with Testing and Quality organizations to define performance and quality testing procedures
