About this role

Join an early-stage startup as a Founding Engineer to build product from the ground up alongside the founding team. You'll own significant full-stack features, establish engineering foundations, and directly influence the company's technical direction and product roadmap.

What you'll do

  • Design and ship full-stack features end-to-end, from database to UI
  • Own large product areas independently with minimal oversight
  • Define technical architecture, tooling, processes, and engineering best practices
  • Collaborate with founders on product roadmap and strategy execution
  • Contribute to product direction alongside implementation work
  • Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and business metrics
