About this role

A seed-stage healthtech startup is seeking a Founding Engineer to build AI-powered billing and operations software for EMS agencies. You'll own full-stack development end-to-end, work directly with customers, and help modernize how emergency services manage revenue and operations.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end product development including architecture, deployment, and on-call support
  • Build customer-facing features informed by direct conversations with billers and operations leaders
  • Ship automation that reduces manual work and increases agency revenue
  • Make product and design tradeoffs with strong UX sensibility
  • Deploy rapidly and iterate based on customer feedback
  • Collaborate with founding team across product, engineering, and operations
