About this role
Join an early-stage B2B SaaS startup as the first engineering hire to build an agentic integration platform. You'll own core systems end-to-end, define engineering standards, and work directly with founders to deliver production-ready software for paying enterprise customers.
What you'll do
- Own the agent platform, infrastructure, and integrations runtime end-to-end
- Define engineering standards and architectural patterns for future team members
- Collaborate with founders on technical strategy and decision-making
- Ship production systems consistently with strong observability and reliability
- Build and maintain distributed systems with robust retry and queuing patterns
- Implement end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
