About this role

Join a newly formed engineering team at an AI-native B2B SaaS startup building document processing and compliance automation for industrial manufacturers. You'll own full-stack features end-to-end, working directly with founders on product direction and technical strategy while shipping fast against real customer needs.

What you'll do

  • Build backend systems for ingesting and processing unstructured documents from customer ERPs and email
  • Develop and deploy LLM agents that automate complex multi-page compliance and food safety workflows
  • Own features across the entire stack from backend services to React/Next.js user interfaces
  • Collaborate with founders on product direction, technical architecture, and company strategy decisions
  • Iterate rapidly on real user feedback and ship production-ready code with minimal process overhead
  • Design and maintain relational database schemas for handling messy real-world data

What they're looking for

  • Full-stack development with ownership of 0-to-1 features
  • Backend engineering with data ingestion and processing pipelines
  • LLM agent development and multi-model provider integration (Gemini, Claude, OpenAI)
  • Postgres and relational database design
  • Kotlin/Spring Boot or equivalent JVM framework
  • React and Next.js frontend development
  • AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Production experience shipping scalable systems under ambiguity
