Founding Engineer – Full Stack
About this role
Join a Y Combinator-backed AI startup as a Founding Engineer to build brand intelligence tools that help companies understand how LLMs perceive their brands. You'll own full-stack features end-to-end, work closely with customers and leadership, and help establish engineering practices for a newly formed team.
What you'll do
- Own problems end-to-end from customer insights through research and infrastructure deployment
- Maintain close feedback loops with customers and executives to ship features iteratively
- Build and maintain full-stack features spanning customer-facing UI to cloud infrastructure
- Help establish engineering culture, patterns, and best practices for the founding team
- Develop agentic systems that integrate AI agents into core product workflows
- Translate customer needs into shipped, production-ready features
