About this role

Founding full-stack engineer role at a seed-stage AI startup building autonomous product demo agents for B2B sales teams. You'll own the entire technical stack—from LLM orchestration and voice agents to generative UI and self-improvement pipelines—working directly with the CTO to set architecture for rapid scaling.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement LLM orchestration, conversation flows, and tool-use logic for agents that understand unfamiliar products and explain them to prospects
  • Build embeddable, responsive generative UI components that adapt in real-time based on user interaction and product context
  • Develop customer-facing platform features for agent configuration, conversation management, transcript review, and performance analytics
  • Own evaluation and quality assurance pipelines including regression detection, rollback mechanisms, and automated self-improvement loops
  • Architect zero-cold-start infrastructure ensuring agents respond instantly when prospects initiate demos
  • Design agent versioning and preview systems enabling safe, staged deployment of changes
