Founding Engineer – Infrastructure
About this role
Join as the founding infrastructure engineer at a fast-growing agentic integration platform, where you'll own the entire infrastructure and platform layer from day one. You'll build a cloud-like runtime for integration workloads with durable execution, sandboxed isolation, and full observability, working directly with the CTO as a true peer with a clear path to leading the infra team.
What you'll do
- Design and build the integration runtime platform with durable execution, sandboxing, and self-healing capabilities
- Own agent infrastructure that enables coding agents to reliably write, test, and deploy integrations at scale
- Implement comprehensive observability across all integrations and agent runs
- Develop self-hosted, single-tenant deployment architecture for enterprise customers
- Establish foundational engineering patterns and practices for future infrastructure hires
- Ship production systems continuously while collaborating with founders and engineering team
