About this role

Join an early-stage agentic integration platform as the founding infrastructure engineer, reporting directly to the CTO on a leadership track. You'll design and own the full runtime platform—including durable execution, agent infrastructure, and self-hostable deployment—while setting engineering foundations for the team you'll eventually lead.

What you'll do

  • Design and evolve the runtime platform with durable execution, sandboxed isolation, and self-healing infrastructure
  • Build agent infrastructure enabling coding agents to write, test, and deploy integration code in production
  • Implement and maintain full observability (logs, metrics, traces) across integrations and agents
  • Ship the platform as a single-tenant, self-hostable product
  • Establish engineering patterns and technical foundations for future infrastructure hires
  • Lead infrastructure team growth and expansion within approximately one year
