About this role

Join a pre-seed AI startup as a Founding Engineer Intern to build and ship production features for a fully agentic headhunting platform. Work directly with the CTO and founding team in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment using TypeScript, React, and modern full-stack tools to automate end-to-end recruiting.

What you'll do

  • Build and deploy end-to-end features to production on a daily basis
  • Own components from ideation through production deployment alongside the CTO
  • Develop and iterate on the agentic system that automates the headhunting process
  • Gather user feedback to measure impact on hiring speed and candidate experience
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, low-ego engineering culture with high output standards
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a scrappy, remote-forward startup environment

  • TypeScript and React (6+ months professional/project experience required)
  • Full-stack development with ability to ship end-to-end features
  • Supabase, Prisma, and Typesense
  • Cursor IDE
  • GitHub and open-source contributions
