About this role
Join a pre-seed AI startup as a Founding Engineer Intern to build and ship features daily on an agentic talent-matching platform. You'll work full-stack alongside the CTO in a fast-moving hacker-house environment with real ownership from ideation to production.
What you'll do
- Build and deploy end-to-end features to production on a daily cadence
- Develop agentic AI systems for talent matching and headhunting automation
- Collaborate with CTO and founding team from ideation through deployment
- Engage with users to measure product impact on hiring speed and experience
- Take ownership of components independently with a low-ego engineering mindset
- Contribute to a fast, high-output startup culture
