About this role
A Y Combinator-backed fintech startup is hiring an entry-level Full Stack Engineer to build core product features for a personal wealth management platform. You'll develop AI-powered tools, portfolio management systems, and educational investing features across web and mobile, working directly with a small engineering team in NYC.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain full stack features across web and mobile surfaces of the fintech platform
- Develop AI-assisted features, automated investing workflows, and financial tools
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code across frontend and backend layers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship product improvements iteratively
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning
- Ensure security, performance, and reliability standards in a regulated financial environment
