About this role
Join a small, ambitious team building production AI agent systems that power real economic value in private market investing. You'll own end-to-end development of agent-powered features, full-stack applications, and durable workflows, taking direct user feedback and shaping a tight-knit engineering culture.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy production agent architectures, full-stack applications, and durable workflows end to end
- Evaluate new models, frameworks, and tool-use patterns, then productionize the most impactful improvements
- Build evaluation pipelines, observability tooling, and human-review systems to ensure reliable agent behavior
- Develop stateful workflows and data infrastructure handling tool coordination, retries, and failure recovery
- Create user-facing interfaces that make complex agent workflows clear and intuitive
- Lead substantial cross-functional projects with direct exposure to user feedback and technical strategy
