About this role

A Y Combinator–backed startup building AI scheduling agents for short-haul trucking is seeking its first US-based technical hire. You'll own end-to-end customer deployments, integrate the platform with logistics systems, and drive both customer success and product feedback in a high-impact, founding-team role.

What you'll do

  • Own full technical deployment lifecycle for US customers, from onboarding through ongoing support
  • Integrate AI scheduling platform with customers' existing job management systems, GPS tools, and operational workflows
  • Serve as primary technical contact for US customers, diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Develop repeatable deployment playbooks, integration patterns, and documentation to scale go-to-market
  • Translate customer feedback and field insights into actionable product improvement recommendations
  • Travel to customer sites to support hands-on deployments and identify expansion opportunities

  • Forward deployed engineering or solutions engineering experience
  • Software engineering fundamentals (reading, writing, debugging modern code)
  • SaaS API integration and third-party system connectivity
  • Technical communication for non-technical audiences
  • Independent operation in early-stage, fast-moving environments
  • GPS telematics or fleet management systems familiarity (nice to have)
  • AI/ML product experience (nice to have)
  • Logistics or industrial operations background (nice to have)
