About this role
Join a Y Combinator-backed AI logistics startup as the first US-based technical hire, owning end-to-end customer deployments for AI-powered fleet scheduling and route optimization software. You'll manage enterprise onboarding, integrations, and post-launch support while serving as the bridge between customers and the core engineering team in a founding-level role.
What you'll do
- Own full technical deployment lifecycle for US enterprise customers from onboarding through post-launch support
- Serve as primary technical point of contact and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure deployment success
- Integrate platform with customers' existing job management systems, GPS tools, and operational workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field, connecting customer needs back to the core engineering team
- Travel to customer sites as needed to support hands-on deployments and training
- Gather and surface product feedback and customer insights to inform the product roadmap
