About this role

Founding full-stack engineer at an early-stage healthtech SaaS company building a unified platform for nursing governance and clinical programs. You'll own architecture and ship features across four integrated products while working directly with the founding team in a high-impact healthcare role.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement end-to-end architecture for four integrated SaaS products
  • Build backend services handling complex multi-hospital organizational structures and workflows
  • Develop AI-powered features for document generation, evidence organization, and data retrieval
  • Implement enterprise infrastructure including SSO/SAML, RBAC, audit logging, and HRIS integrations
  • Establish engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and scalable patterns
  • Partner with customers and non-technical stakeholders to gather feedback and ship features rapidly
