About this role

Join a pre-seed Applied AI startup as a founding full-stack engineer in San Francisco, building consumer-facing products at the intersection of generative AI and social media. You'll own the entire technical stack—web, mobile, backend, and infrastructure—working directly with founders to scale to millions of daily users.

What you'll do

  • Build and ship full-stack features across Next.js web app, React Native mobile, and admin dashboards
  • Implement multi-agent orchestration, video processing pipelines (FFmpeg, Remotion), and LLM/VLM integrations
  • Design systems and infrastructure to scale to one million users per day
  • Collaborate with founders on product decisions, technical direction, and UX flows
  • Own problems end-to-end across UI, backend, infrastructure, and DevOps without waiting for guidance
  • Ship fast and communicate early on blockers and technical decisions
