About this role

Join a seed-stage healthtech startup as a Founding Product Engineer to build an AI-native operating system for independent nurse practitioners. You'll own clinician-facing workflows end-to-end, working closely with founders and designers to shape product direction while driving frontend architecture and technical decisions.

What you'll do

  • Own major clinician-facing workflows from concept through implementation, testing, and iteration
  • Drive frontend architecture and technical direction for provider and patient applications
  • Collaborate with designers, founders, and clinicians to define product behavior and shape workflows
  • Debug complex production issues spanning browsers, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure
  • Contribute to engineering culture through code reviews, technical discussions, and pragmatic decision-making
  • Influence APIs and data models while primarily owning frontend implementation
