Join a fast-growing European AI startup as a founding product engineer, building an intelligent phone assistant for SMBs across German-speaking markets. You'll own features end-to-end, drive product discovery through experimentation, and shape architecture decisions in a lean, high-ownership team—native German fluency required.

What you'll do

  • Own product features end-to-end from hypothesis validation through production release
  • Design and execute rapid experiments to validate product ideas before large-scale builds
  • Engage directly with customers, partners, and sales teams to identify pain points and inform product decisions
  • Implement analytics and tracking systems to enable data-driven iteration
  • Drive full-stack architecture decisions and lead autonomous delivery of initiatives
  • Balance pragmatic rapid iteration with long-term scalability considerations
