About this role

Join a seed-stage AI pricing platform as a Founding Product Engineer in San Francisco. You'll own full product modules end-to-end, architecting systems for agentic AI workflows while ensuring financial correctness in a B2B SaaS context. This is a hands-on role combining backend infrastructure, full-stack development, and direct customer engagement.

What you'll do

  • Own entire product modules end-to-end: scoping, API design, UI implementation, shipping, and iteration without PM support
  • Design and evolve architecture for agentic AI systems across Slack bots, terminal UIs, web interfaces, and vendor integrations
  • Ensure features are drivable by LLM agents via MCP/FastMCP servers and conversational interfaces
  • Move pricing and business logic to robust backend services using typed Pydantic models for SKU, Proposition, Persona, and Pricing entities
  • Lead architectural reviews and establish testing, observability, deployment, and performance monitoring practices for AI-driven features
  • Gather customer requirements directly and translate them into shipped product specifications with high standards for financial correctness
