About this role

Join a seed-stage AI-native healthtech startup as a Founding Product Engineer to own the clinician-facing product experience end-to-end. You'll partner with founders, designers, and clinicians to build an operating system empowering nurse practitioners to launch independent practices, with significant influence over product direction and engineering culture from day one.

What you'll do

  • Own major clinician-facing workflows from concept through production, including implementation, testing, and iteration
  • Collaborate with designers, founders, and clinicians to define product behavior without waiting for finished specifications
  • Drive frontend architecture and technical direction across provider and patient applications
  • Debug complex production issues spanning browsers, APIs, third-party integrations, and infrastructure
  • Iterate rapidly from rough concepts to polished experiences alongside a product designer
  • Contribute to engineering culture through code reviews, technical discussions, and pragmatic decision-making
