About this role

Join an early-stage AI-powered CRM and GTM SaaS company in Seattle as a Growth Engineer, blending full-stack development with growth experimentation. You'll partner with the founding team to build and optimize internal tools across marketing, sales, and customer success, operating at the intersection of engineering and business operations.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop high-quality software while owning architectural decisions and full product delivery lifecycle
  • Build MarTech, RevTech, SalesOps, and generalized operations tooling in close collaboration with company leadership
  • Embed across teams to understand existing workflows and scale them through engineering solutions
  • Establish standards and best practices for growth engineering across the organization
  • Iterate on tools across the marketing and revenue stack to drive efficiency
  • Run experiments to measure impact and inform data-driven product decisions
