About this role
A fully remote contract position for an experienced OFS Developer to design and maintain enterprise applications for a MarTech consultancy serving regulated industries. You'll lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on CRM and marketing automation solutions.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and modify OFS code following established engineering standards
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects in complex systems
- Serve as technical lead, mentoring junior developers and guiding team members
- Recommend technical solutions and implementation strategies to stakeholders
- Lead code reviews and ensure high-quality, production-ready software delivery
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
