Solutions Engineer, Strategic Accounts
About this role
CreatorIQ seeks an experienced Solutions Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor for strategic enterprise accounts. You'll architect complex, multi-stakeholder solutions that map the influencer marketing platform to real business outcomes, translating technical capabilities for everyone from API engineers to C-suite executives.
What you'll do
- Lead multi-stakeholder discovery and technical assessments across large, complex organizations to uncover root business problems
- Design end-to-end solutions and deliver high-impact demonstrations tailored to each account's strategic objectives
- Serve as technical authority on CreatorIQ's API capabilities, platform architecture, AI/ML features, and integration framework
- Own security questionnaires, InfoSec reviews, and compliance documentation with internal Security and Legal teams
- Develop account-specific presentations and collateral for technical and executive audiences
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to develop differentiated RFP responses and drive high-stakes deals to close
