OFS Developer
About this role
We're seeking an experienced OFS Developer for a fully remote contract role to design and maintain enterprise applications while providing technical leadership to the development team. You'll guide teammates on code quality, mentor junior developers, and collaborate across cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and modify code following AEP standards and best practices
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects efficiently
- Serve as technical lead, providing direction and mentorship to team members
- Recommend technical solutions and implementation approaches for project needs
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout development lifecycle
